📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify top candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct in-person interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using our in-house recruitment management system.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent Alpro Pharmacy at career fairs, job events, and networking opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or healthcare environment.
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment management systems such as Jobvite or Bullhorn.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
