Sentral Wati Mart is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve store targets and increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards across all stores.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
