Shine Life Cemerlang is looking for an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in managing warehouse teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and develop warehouse staff to improve operational efficiency.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage warehouse teams.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehousing industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
