Branch Manager - Cash Services

You'll work closely with our regional and global teams, leveraging your extensive experience and leadership skills to ensure our clients' needs are met with the highest level of service and security.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of branch operations, from staffing and scheduling to inventory management and compliance. You'll use our proprietary software, such as Brinks' Cash Management System (CMS) and our secure logistics platform, to monitor and control cash flows, ensuring that our clients' cash is always secure and readily available when needed.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Cash Services branch, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance with company standards.
• Manage a team of professionals, providing leadership and support to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
• Use Brinks' proprietary software, such as the Cash Management System (CMS) and secure logistics platform, to monitor and control cash flows.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch operations, ensuring that we meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work closely with our regional and global teams to drive the success of our Cash Services division.
• Monitor branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure that all branch staff are properly trained and certified in the use of Brinks' systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the secure logistics or cash management industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to secure logistics and cash management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in the use of Brinks' proprietary software, such as the Cash Management System (CMS) and secure logistics platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in secure logistics or cash management (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
