As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling transactions, managing the cash register, and providing assistance to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Managing the cash register and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Assisting with food and beverage orders and deliveries
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members
  • Following all health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
