In this role, you will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to support various civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure such as roads, drainage systems, and other essential facilities. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for sustainable agriculture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and construction of infrastructure for palm oil plantations, including roads, drainage systems, and other essential facilities.
• Support civil engineering projects by providing technical assistance and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of existing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation for civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Provide on-site support during construction and maintenance activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Assist in the procurement and management of materials and equipment for civil engineering projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the palm oil plantation industry.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other civil engineering software.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to civil engineering projects.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
