📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the Field Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the Field Sales Manager.,Participate in sales meetings and events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Ability to travel and work in the field as required.
