📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent and engaging content.,Monitor social media platforms to respond to comments and messages promptly.,Create and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.,Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.,Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.,Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.,Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
