📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure the financial health of the organization.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
