As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are in optimal condition, and that our drivers are safe and efficient. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, usage, and other relevant information.,Identify and address any issues or concerns related to the fleet, and implement solutions as needed.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that insurance policies are up-to-date.,Work with the procurement team to manage the fleet's inventory of spare parts and other supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation, logistics, or business administration.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with fleet management software and other relevant technologies is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
