📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Handle employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.,Conduct regular HR audits and implement improvements.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Certification in HR or related fields is a plus.
