📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate with the management team to align HR strategies with business goals.
Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
Conduct training and development programs for employees.
Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
