DRIFT Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Outlet Staff to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the convenience of remote work and the opportunity to interact with customers in our physical outlet. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to a vibrant and growing team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promote our products and services to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of the outlet for events.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model.
