📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver Japanese language courses for students of all levels
• Create engaging and effective teaching materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, and multimedia resources
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with the Jellyfish Education Indonesia team to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies
• Organize cultural exchange activities to enhance students' understanding of Japanese culture
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in language teaching
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Japanese language to non-native speakers
• Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or higher)
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for Japanese language and culture
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent (e.g., JET Programme, ALTE)
