• Manage and maintain the school library, ensuring that the collection is well-organized, up-to-date, and accessible to all students.
• Catalog and classify new library materials, and ensure that the library's database is accurate and complete.
• Assist students and teachers with research, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Promote reading and literacy, both within the school and in the broader community.
• Develop and implement programs that enhance the library's role in the school community.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure that the library's resources are integrated into the school's curriculum.
• Oversee the library's technology, including the school's online catalog and database management system.
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay current with best practices in library management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in library management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.
• Proficiency in using library management software, such as Koha, Evergreen, or SirsiDynix.
• Familiarity with educational technology and online research tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
