Prime Direct Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, a keen interest in people development, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop appropriate programs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning events.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Contribute to the development of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development.
