📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Oversee daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or financial institution.,Proven experience in managing cash handling operations.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash management software.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus.
