Stripe is seeking a seasoned M&A/Integration Accounting Lead to join our team in San Francisco. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and executing accounting processes for mergers and acquisitions, as well as integrations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of our operations during these high-stakes transactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the accounting aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, financial close, and post-merger integration.,Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports for M&A transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless execution of M&A and integration processes.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making during M&A activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and internal policies.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff on M&A and integration accounting processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in M&A and integration accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on M&A and integration.,Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Proven experience in managing and leading accounting teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to M&A activities.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
