Cafe Kirana Medical Center is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our café and enhancing the customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and high-quality service.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
