📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal output and quality.
  • Maintain and repair production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and address any issues or deviations.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records for quality control purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and solve production challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to protect personnel and equipment.
  • Participate in shift handover meetings to ensure smooth operations and knowledge transfer.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members to maintain high standards of performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in production or technical roles, preferably in the industrial gases or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in industrial settings.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and data documentation.
  • Willingness to work on the 2nd shift, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
