Food Crystal Pratama is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for creating a positive dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
