📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and mentorship to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
