📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and risk management processes.,Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures related to risk management and compliance.,Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management and compliance best practices.,Collaborate with senior management to ensure that risk management and compliance objectives are aligned with business goals.,Monitor and report on key risk indicators and compliance metrics.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure that our company is prepared to adapt.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Certifications in risk management or compliance (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent) are a plus.
