This is a full-time, office-based position located in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya. The salary range for this role is IDR 5000000 - 8000000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to the management team.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and update sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
