📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations to senior management.,Manage and mentor junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in accounting.,Proven experience in managing financial processes and teams.,Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
