NTUC Health Co-operative is seeking a dedicated Senior Community Care Associate to join our Day Care Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. As a Senior Community Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in our day care centers. You will work closely with a team of professionals to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn, grow, and thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide daily care and supervision to children in accordance with the center's policies and procedures.,Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs to support children's development.,Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.,Collaborate with the team to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the center.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to children, following dietary guidelines and food safety standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the center's services.,Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on their children's progress and address any concerns.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols and emergency procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in child care or a similar role.,Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory.,Strong knowledge of child development and educational best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.
