📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
  • Train and mentor new staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
