As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and validation processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform manual testing of software applications to identify bugs and issues.,Develop and execute test plans and test cases for various software releases.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software meets quality standards.,Create detailed bug reports and track their resolution until closure.,Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to improve testing processes.,Provide training and mentorship to junior QA engineers.,Participate in automation projects to enhance the testing framework.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.,Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.,Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
