📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize our supply chain operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of our products.
  • Work closely with our procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure that our inventory levels are optimized and that our delivery times are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our supply chain processes and reduce waste.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate and secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior supply chain staff.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
