📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Develop and maintain user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve technical documentation,Work with marketing and sales teams to create and maintain product brochures and other promotional materials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them in a clear and concise manner,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
