📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting low stock items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and cash registers.
• Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of food and equipment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
