📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify customer invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans with customers
- Manage accounts receivable using QuickBooks and SAP
- Resolve payment disputes and maintain excellent customer relations
- Generate and submit monthly reports on accounts receivable to the finance team
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely payments
- Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reconciliations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is required
