📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain robust communication networks for industrial applications, including wireless, wired, and hybrid systems.
• Optimize network performance to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency in mining, manufacturing, and energy operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication solutions with existing industrial systems and IoT devices.
• Conduct regular network audits and troubleshoot issues to prevent disruptions and ensure reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial communications, with a strong background in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP.
• Certifications in industrial networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) are a plus.
