📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to manage material deliveries and ensure timely receipts.
• Optimize stock levels to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or material control.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as Fishbowl, Infor, or similar.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
